Key Responsibilities Sales Targets & Key Account Objectives: Smash sales targets and expand key accounts.Sales Planning: Craft and implement targeted sales strategies for specific markets and territories.Account Management: Develop comprehensive multi-year plans for key clients.Sales Presentations: Deliver captivating sales presentations to build a robust deal pipeline and secure business.Value Communication: Clearly articulate the business value and ROI of our products and solutions.Business Growth: Offer strategic recommendations to management to drive growth and boost customer satisfaction.Customer Relationships: Build strong executive relationships to ensure customer loyalty.Market Analysis: Keep an eye on market trends to spot new opportunities.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management and Support teams to deliver optimal solutions.Forecasting: Provide precise sales forecasts to aid effective demand planning.Internal Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with all business units and staff.Regional Strategy: Craft and execute regional and country-specific business plans and sales strategies.Forecasting: Contribute to accurate monthly forecasts as part of the demand planning process. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years with the wireless and video markets in the medical industry.Sales Strategy: Proven track record of crafting and executing effective sales growth strategies. Existing relationships within hospital operating rooms and relevant vendors are highly desirable.Account Management: Success in managing large, complex accounts.Technical Competence: In-depth technical skills and a solid grasp of the channel sales cycle.
