What's involved –The Administration Officer for Commonwealth Home and Support Program is someone who can perform all associated roles to the best of your ability, while maintaining a strict level of confidentiality. You will be reponsible for completing day to day administive tasks including filing, data entry, documenting and preparing bulk mail, drafting of correspondence, and facilitating stationery and office supply orders.  Other duties include preparation of monthly client accounts, providing telephone and face-to-face client support, coordinating of client appointments both internally and externally, liaising with external agencies (e.g making/confriming follow up client appointments), and performing other office duties as requested by the CHSP Coordinator.  This position requires you to support a calm and quiet work environment where the client's best interest always comes first.
