Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

Your Opportunity:

The position of Senior Media & Communications Officer will: 

• Support the Media and Communications Manager in the delivery of high-quality, timely and impactful media communications (proactive and reactive) that advances the priorities of the Children's Health Queensland Strategic Plan.
• Lead the development and dissemination of media communications and content strategies that helps position Children's Health Queensland as a trusted provider of healthcare services for Queensland children and young people.
• Develop and deliver high-quality communication materials and activities across a variety of digital and print platforms that meet the identified strategic direction and goals of Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
• Liaise with and advise Clinicians, Consumer and Community groups to guide development of media, marketing and digital engagement communications to achieve Children's Health Queensland Strategic aims.
