The Hospital A spacious and modern, well-equipped regional referral facility providing a comprehensive range of services including; acute medical and surgical, obstetrics, paediatrics and a range of diagnostic and allied health services. The hospital has a busy Emergency Department with approximately 18,000 presentations per year and has dedicated areas for resuscitation, acute presentations, ambulant and fast track presentations, paediatrics, dedicated metal health assessment and procedure room. The Role The position will be fulfilled with a workload busy enough to gain exposure to a large variety of cases from all age groups but quiet enough to be encouraged to practice evidence-based medicine. You will be well supported by a team with a good mix of experience and enthusiasm providing mentoring and support from both junior and senior staff.
Requirements Currently registered in Australia or eligible for registration in Australia with at least three years post-graduate experience.
Pay As per state award. Remuneration between $140,000-$220,000 dependent on experience.
