About the role

The Director of Nursing, Ripley Satellite Hospital is responsible for the provision of strategic and operational leadership, management and coordination of the health facility, ensuring the provision of an expert patient focused service that meets the legislative standards of care and needs of the community.   The management of staff includes nursing, midwifery, operational, administrative, health professionals, technical and other support staff.

The position of Director, Ripley Satellite Hospital will provide leadership inclusive of the operational, corporate, financial and clinical governance in a mix governance structure across the Ripley Satellite Hospital to achieve outcomes in clinical service excellence; business excellence; leadership; education; and research in the delivery of quality patient-centred health care

Director of Nursing, Ripley Satellite Hospital - $5,793 - $6,262.40 per fortnight

Director, Ripley Satellite Hospital - $6,011.50 – $6,222.70 per fortnight

Mandatory Requirements:
