About the role
The Clinical Director will take responsibility for the provision of clinical medical services provided by the Palliative Care Service. The appointee will work with the medical and nursing team to provide a high quality of care for the patients requiring palliative care at TPCH and will be required to provide clinical leadership and education for medical and other staff working in the service.
The position is responsible for the operational management of the Palliative Care Service including clinical performance, quality and safety and HR issues for medical staff within the palliative care service including recruitment, rosters and staff welfare.
