A Full time position for a Clinical Director delivering mental health care statewide.

• Provide a high level of strategic leadership and clinical direction across a designated number of business units, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery are achieved in accordance with departmental policy directions, service standards and financial targets.

The Facility:
This is Australia's second oldest hospital opening in 1804, and is a major clinical teaching and research centre working closely with the University of Tasmania and other institutions. The hospital provides acute, sub acute, mental health and aged care inpatient and ambulatory services to a population of about 240,000 people and has 550 physical beds, including 460 acute overnight and 90 day beds.
