The role 

As a Clinical Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering learning and excellence within Retrieval Services Queensland and in  rural and remote healthcare settings. Working alongside our Nurse Educators and multidisciplinary team, you will champion a culture of clinical leadership and workforce development. With opportunities for autonomous work and collaboration, you will utilize advanced problem-solving skills to support education provision in rural and remote contexts and in the coordination of  aeromedical retrieval services, including telehealth.

The successful person

You will have demonstrated:

  • Recency of critical care knowledge and experience> than 5 years
  • Experience in the provision of the coordination of aeromedical retrieval and provision of telehealth to guide and coordinate care
  • Completion of a post graduate qualification in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing or Clinical Education (Highly desirable)
  • Experience working in rural and remote settings, retrieval nursing, or in an aeromedical field (Highly desirable)
