About the role

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity.

  • The Manager Planning and Performance role will provide coordination for major organisational change and project management with analytical support for key hospital and clinical stream priority and risk initiatives. The Manager Planning and Performance will support the functions and requirements of the Redcliffe Hospital executive through organisation change and engagement to achieve the set targets and deliverables. 
  • The role will be responsible to work directly with and build relationships with all services within Redcliffe Hospital and Metro North Health Service, in particular. The Manager Planning and Performance will inform the Director Planning and Performance and the Redcliffe Hospital executive, on high risk matters through variance and analysis reporting along with milestones, outcomes and escalation methodologies.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Provide support to the Redcliffe Hospital executive to deliver high quality outcomes by leading change with management frameworks and methodologies to meet business objectives.
  • Investigate, analyse, identify, coordinate and lead key hospital and clinical stream priority initiatives within Redcliffe Hospital to enable benefits to be fully realised.
  • Coordinate processes to support Redcliffe Hospital priority initiatives, benefits and risks enhancing performance across the facility.
  • Support the coordination, preparation and analysis of all reporting requirements for each priority initiative, utilising appropriate reporting tools and methodologies including high consultation with all levels and services of Redcliffe Hospital.
  • Provide analytical support for performance and initiative reporting and planning.
