This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design and training methodologies, strong project management skills, and expertise in driving learning initiatives forward across organizations. Our client is looking for a candidate that should be willing to dive into any business issue, research topic, or task with the aim of adding value in everything you do from content development to facilitation of new hire onboarding and continuing education workshops. Responsibilities Act as the local expert of and steward for their care model, with a deep understanding of best practices, processes, and cultureDevelop, maintain and lead multiple L&D initiatives simultaneously, including budget, timelines, milestones and resource allocationDesign blended learning approaches that incorporate various training methodologies, including digital e-learning modules, instructor-led trainings, train-the-trainers, and job aids.Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, both in person and virtualTrack key metrics and business performance to evaluate efficacy and impact of programs and learner experiencesGuide content creation alongside key stakeholders, continually scanning for necessary updates, learning gaps, or outdated materialServe as the point of contact within the PACE Center for all learning questions, including the lead for new hire orientation andongoing training programsDeliver projects on time with demonstrated analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.Model the culture in everything you do, with a keen eye for adapting our L&D program to serve the needs of all our team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higherLearning and Development Management in Healthcare (5+ years)3+ years of experience in ALL of the following:Project Management/Workflow ProcessesLearning Management SystemsE-Learning PlatformsStrong leadership, influencing, and relationship management skills (3+ years) Preferred PACE Model ExperienceElderly Participants Experience Schedule and Shift Details M-F 8a-5p, no on-call required, no weekends Hybrid Schedule - Expected to report onsite between 10-12 workdays per month. During first 90 days of employment, team member will be required to report to the center at minimum 3x per week to understand program, work culture, positions, and build rapport with the local team.
