Your role: provide applications support for the full range of Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to new and existing customers in the UK Ireland You provide regular telephone and remote support to customers and internal personnel You keep up to date with the latest equipment on the market, clinical trends, and procedures You undertake and become certified in the Siemens Application Specialist Education program You support the sales team in the UK by carrying out applications training as well as pre and post sales demonstrations of Siemens Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment You support national and local exhibitions with workstation demonstrations and provide support during customer site visits You develop and maintain relationships with Magnetic Resonance Imaging applications group at Head Office in Germany You provide bespoke customer training courses Your expertise: Qualified Radiographers with recent clinical experience (ideally recent experience with Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment) Highly effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
