POST OF SPECIALTY DOCTOR IN DIABETES

Applications are invited by NHS Grampian for this post, available immediately, based in the Grampian Diabetes Service. There is some flexibility in the working pattern (i.e. day / am / pm / location) depending on the applicant’s availability.  The work would involve delivering out-patient clinics (likely a combination of remote and face to face) and would be defined within the job plan after mutual agreement with the clinical lead.  The location / timing of the face to face clinics would be determined by availability of the applicant and availability of clinical space at the Aberdeen Diabetes clinic, Dr Grays Diabetes clinic, or other Peripheral clinics.  The successful appointee will join a multidisciplinary team comprising Consultants, Specialty Doctors, Specialty Registrars, Specialist Nurses, Dieticians, Podiatrists and Psychologists in a post comprising clinical duties in the Grampian Diabetes Service.
