The role  
In this role, you will be responsible for upholding Queensland Health's core values while utilising advanced Excel skills to support the collation, cleaning, and reporting of data for the Nursing and Midwifery Graduate campaign. Your duties will encompass liaising with stakeholders regarding application data, ensuring the Nursing and Midwifery Graduate campaign website is regularly updated, and managing inquiries while assisting in the preparation of briefing notes, submissions, and Ministerial documents related to the campaign.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in providing secretariat functions for high-level meetings and forums, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders within Queensland Health, and contributing to quality improvement activities. Working collaboratively within the Governance and Stewardship team, you will assist with various business and HR functions, including project planning, scheduling, and reporting, while fostering team spirit and adaptability to ensure successful outcomes.

The successful person
To excel in this role, you should possess extensive practical experience with the MS Office 365 suite, particularly Excel (advanced), Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, as well as proficiency in contemporary database systems and videoconferencing software. Your skill set should also encompass exceptional time management abilities and strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, managers, and the general public, especially on sensitive matters.

Moreover, you should demonstrate adeptness in written communication, with a record of accomplishment of managing high-volume inboxes, and highlight your capacity to work harmoniously within a team environment. Your ability to actively engage in discussions and provide insightful advice to address emerging challenges with practical solutions will be crucial for success in this role.
