The role of the Land and Tenure Officer is to develop, implement and assist in the co-ordination of complex corporate real estate functions including preparing advice of compliance requirements by preparing property site reports, native title assessments and cultural heritage assessments for infrastructure development and property dealings in accordance with State and organisational policy and procedures.
