Korzen Health is working with Madison County GHD Hospital and Healogics in Jackson, TN in regards to adding a full time Certified Nurse Practitioner to the team. Scope of Practice Includes: This opportunity includes working in our wound care clinic. This is a 100% Wound Care Center position. Our Wound Care Center includes: - Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow! - Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. - Provider will average around 10-15 encounters per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. -We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including: Cellulitis therapyCompression therapyHyperbaric oxygen therapyInfection management and preventionWound cleaningWound dressing - EMR is EPIC/IHEAL - Monday-Friday(4 or 5 days per week) 8am-4pm - No Nights, No Call, No weekends. - Compensation Model is base salary -with bonus based on profit sharing plan - You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients. - Opportunity for growth within leadership.
