Job Opportunity: Clinical Director of Mental Health and Drug Service

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive clinical governance and leadership, ensuring adherence to national mental health standards and legislative frameworks.
  • Develop culturally appropriate services that incorporate interventions such as traditional healing.
  • Lead the strategic development, coordination, integration, and evaluation of Kimberley Mental Health and Drug Service initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the mental health management team to align strategies with Commonwealth, State, and WACHS mental health initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship, oversee training, manage administrative functions, conduct workforce planning, and coordinate leave schedules for a dynamic team of doctors.
  • Depending on your psychiatric expertise and service requirements, you will also have clinical responsibilities.
