We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as a Remote Denial Management Specialist. This position is open to applicants from the United States only. The Denial Management Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and analysing denial reasons, determining root causes of denials, and working directly with payers to resolve and appeal denied claims. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of claim denial trends, be able to identify patterns, and work proactively to prevent future denials. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Analyzing denial trends and identifying areas for improvement - Developing and implementing strategies to reduce denial rates - Working closely with billing and coding staff to ensure accurate claim submissions - Collaborating with payers to resolve denials and process appeals in a timely manner - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payer policies and regulations To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare denial management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in medical billing and coding practices - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision This is a full-time remote position, offering competitive compensation and benefits.
