About this role:

Programmed Care are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Disability Support Workers to work ongoing rosters with clients across the Central Coast region, including Lake Munmorah and Wyong.

We have a variety of weekday shifts available with ongoing rosters developed in advance.

This is a rewarding opportunity where you can really make a difference in the lives of your clients & empower them to achieve their goals.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal care assistance
  • Manual Handling
  • Community Access
  • Domestic Duties

Key criteria:

  • Current Certificate III or IV Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community Care
  • Minimum six months of recent experience in providing personal care assistance to clients in an aged care or community setting
  • Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and current car insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers Clearance (Or willing to obtain)
  • Demonstrate a commitment to working your booked shifts & be open to accepting additional shifts when requested
