About you:

In your new role you will…

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and the demonstrated ability and experience in assessing, planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating education and training for digital health clinical systems.
  • Demonstrate computer literacy and ability in the application and use of digital health systems and information and communication technology across the health system.
  • Demonstrate ability to apply well-developed interpersonal, communication and training delivery skills within a multidisciplinary environment, including negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will develop and maintain training content and resources specific to digital health clinical systems utilised across the CHHHS; and to deliver training and support services to multidisciplinary teams using diverse and flexible training methods.

About your role:

  • As part of a multidisciplinary team, collaboratively design and develop training materials (eg. curriculum, session plans, participant workbooks, user manuals, quick reference guides, promotional material, on-line platforms and videos) specific to digital health clinical systems to enable flexible delivery methods that are based on clinical workflows, roles and evidence-based practice.
  • Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resources management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues specifically relating to the training and functionality of digital health clinical systems.
