About you:

In your new role you will…

  • Demonstrate experience in a similar project role.
  • Demonstrate an ability to plan and monitor works across multiple sites, demonstrate flexibility and implement site specific strategies to facilitate project delivery.
  • Possess proven effective negotiation, consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will support the successful implementation of the ieMR Hub and Spoke Project to all in-scope facilities within the CHHHS. The role will focus on ESM activities which will include data collection and data migration actions, support with outpatient process mapping, documentation of stakeholder engagement interactions, maintenance of schedules and timelines, project documentation and action plans as required.

About your role:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of capital infrastructure projects, with particular emphasis on digital health infrastructure within scope, budget and program parameters.
  • Proactively identify risks to the project and participate in discussions with key stakeholder on critical issues and risks that may impact upon the successful implementation of projects.
  • Work autonomously and as a member of a high functioning and collegial team, including adaptability and flexibility to deal with and manage changing priorities, across multiple sites simultaneously.
