The SCHHS also delivers services through hospitals in Gympie, Caloundra and Maleny.

Key Responsibities include:

  • Participate in a minimum of one clinical session of choice per week for skills maintenance purposes.
  • Contribute to medical education scholarship through leading or participation in an educational quality improvement or related research project.
  • Assist with the development, promotion, coordination, delivery, and optimisation of the training experience for prevocational doctors in liaison with:
    • The Medical Education Unit
    • The medical supervisors in the clinical units
    • Medical Workforce
    • Guided by the AMC National Framework for Prevocational Medical Training
  • Develop an understanding of the role and functions of an educational supervisor responsible for doctors in training

Salary rates: $4,966.90 - $5,758.70 p.f.  Employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (17.5%)
