Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) are looking for exceptional Neurology consultants to join our Neuroscience department within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

SCHHS Salary includes:

• Part time base salary comprising of between:
  • $97.84 - $124.05 p.h.
• Motor vehicle allowance (pro rata for part time):
  
• L18 - L24 $21,000 p.a.
• L25 - L27 $25,500 p.a. 
• Attraction and Retention Allowance 50% of base salary 
  
• Professional development allowance $21,500 p.a. (pro rata for part time)

This position joins a growing Neurosciences department at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The Senior Medical Officer (Neurology) is responsible for providing high quality Neurology medical management services across the SCHHS.  

The Senior Medical Officer (Neurology) provides leadership in clinical services of Neurology that is innovative, encourages participation in treatment and care aimed at achieving demonstrable improvement in patient outcomes. A subspecialty interest in Vascular Neurology is desirable.
