The Role

An opportunity has become available for a ServiceNow Developer to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

  • Provide advice and support key stakeholders in the development, technical support and operation of localised, modern and user focused applications on the ServiceNow Platform
  • Operate computer software; write, modify, deploy and maintain programming code on the ServiceNow Platform
  • Provide ongoing advice, support and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform
  • Maintain a contemporary, sound level knowledge of ServiceNow development and related ICT industry streams in order to lead and influence continuous improvement

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in an information technology or computer science discipline or a related field is desirable
  • Experience in a ServiceNow Developer or similar role would be well regarded
  • Strong Interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
  • Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

  • Temporary full time (up to 29.06.2025 with the possibility of extension)
  • Base salary ranging from $102 492 - $111 516 per annum

Digital Experience is part of the Digital and Information stream within the division. The service provides: Process mining and engineering, User experience (UX) design, Software development, Web development, Integration / interoperability, Automation, Testing and Digital workflow and adoption support.
