Job title: Director Of Surgery Services   Location: Fort Mohave, AZ Salary: $118,000.00 - $150,000.00 Signing Bonus: Yes  Bonus Description: $20,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 Relocation for a 3-year commitment Relocation Package: Full  Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the surgical services department, ensuring efficiency and high standards of care.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of surgical professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Operational Excellence: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance departmental performance and patient outcomes.Budget Management: Prepare and manage the surgical services budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality care.
