Facility Details: Total Beds: 400Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit: 40 bedsAssisted Living (AL): 100 bedsIndependent Living Facility (ILF): 250-275 bedsFacilities: 2 Licensed buildings with AL, another AL/LTC unit, and an AL dementia unit. The ILF consists of private homes, cottages, and a condo-type building that also houses the pool and fitness center.Community Activities: A very active ILF community with off-site trips, sports tournaments, and many other amenities.Staff and Support: Full-time Activity department staff for the Licensed buildings that offer off-site trips/activities, often coordinated with Rehab Services. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to residents in various units, including LTC, AL, and ILF.Collaborate with a full-time activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and activities, often in conjunction with Rehab Services.Participate in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with the TC Administration and the DOR/Rehab team.
