Facility Details: Total Beds: 400Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit: 40 bedsAssisted Living (AL): 100 bedsIndependent Living Facility (ILF): 250-275 beds Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units, including LTC, AL, and ILF.Collaborate with a full-time activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and activities, often in conjunction with Rehab Services.Participate in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with TC Administration and the DOR/Rehab team.
