Facility Details: Total Beds: 113In-House Therapy Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to residents.Assist in the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans.Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
