The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to its residents. Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units within the facility.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatments and progress.Participate in special events and activities as part of the rehabilitation team.
