We are currently looking to hire a remote Compliance Advisor for both part time and full time positions with immediate availability. As a Compliance Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will work closely with various departments to develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to mitigate risk and ensure the ethical operation of our organization. Key responsibilities for this role include conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance with laws and regulations, developing and implementing compliance training programs, and investigating any potential violations. You will also be responsible for keeping up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect our industry and communicating these changes to relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in compliance, risk management, or a related field. A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required, and a certification in compliance or a related field is preferred. Prior experience working in a compliance role, particularly in the financial services industry, is highly desirable. In addition, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role as you will be interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
