About you:

In your new role you will…… 

  • Demonstrate experience in performing administrative functions with high level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of general office and reception duties preferably within a health care environment including management of health records.
  • Demonstrate high level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and sensitively with all levels of staff, patients and the general public.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will work collaboratively with other administration officers to provide a high level of confidential administrative support to the Lotus Glen Health Service. These positions are accountable for promoting good public relations with the general community and both internal and external customers of the Lotus Glen Health Service.

About your role:

  • Provide administrative functions and confidential administrative support for the LGHS including, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, photocopying, filing activities and taking minutes at various meetings.
  • Provide support to other staff on administrative issues and assist with the preparation of memorandums, reports and correspondence.
  • Provide support and assistance in the use and maintenance of office communication and technology including photocopiers, printers and computers.
  • Address general enquiries, screen telephone calls and redirect enquiries to appropriate areas of the office and stakeholders.
  • Manage mail and mail register.
