The role  
Reporting to the Application Manager, ICT Service Delivery, you will be responsible for day to day management and advocacy for the Healthcare Authorisations and Regulatory Compliance (HARC) application. This includes the coordination and oversight of planning, development, installation, configuration, maintenance and support.

The successful person
You will have demonstrated: 
•    Demonstrated ability to develop and promote Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework, primarily incident / problem / change / release / configuration management. (SFIA code: ITMG 6; USUP 5; CHMG 5).
•    Demonstrated ability to manage diverse activities and priorities across organisational boundaries
•    Well-developed interpersonal written and oral communication skills
