Job title: ICU Registered Nurse/Critical Care RN Location:  Watertown, WI Salary: $72,800.00 - $95,000.00 Bonus: $15,000 LUMP SUM Sign-on Bonus, paid out within 30 days of start! Shift Options: Full-Time Nights, 36 hours per week, equivalent to .9 FTEFull-Time Nights on weekends Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit, monitoring and assessing critically ill patients.Clinical Skills: Perform complex assessments, administer medications, and manage advanced medical equipment.Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.Support: Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families, helping them understand their conditions and treatment plans. Qualifications: Education: Associate's or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting.Licensure: Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse Licensure/Compact RN.Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification required; CCRN certification preferred.· CMSRN certification within 2 years of hire.Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
