Job Title: OB Women's Health Unit RN Location: Watertown, WI Salary: $72,800.00 - $94,000.00 Signing Bonus: YesBonus Description: A sign-on bonus of \$15,000, with \$14,900 disbursed within the first 30 days of commencement and the remaining \$100 at the completion of 24 months. Shift: Full Time Night Shift; .9 FTE - 36 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women in the OB unit, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care.Clinical Skills: Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.Collaboration: Work closely with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.Support: Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families, guiding them through the childbirth process and postpartum care.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications: Education: Associate's or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in obstetrics or womens health.
