The role  
The Assistant Correspondence Coordinator will be responsible for supporting  incoming and outgoing correspondence for multiple Branches. This will include editing outgoing Divisional correspondence to ensure accurate, timely and relevant information is provided. You will also assist Divisional staff to understand correspondence processes and standards and provide high level and confidential administrative, human resource and project support as required.

The successful person
You will have demonstrated:

  • experience in managing high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proof reading, editing and formatting.
  • ability to deliver work of a high quality, validity and accuracy to achieve team outcomes.
  • high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.ability to work autonomously and utilise discretion in the absence of decision makers; to meet deadlines and establish work priorities to maximise efficiency, work output and the changing needs of the team.
