About us:
In this role, you will work closely with the Director – Project Management Office to provide project management expertise and support for the successful delivery of complex, high-risk, multi-disciplinary projects in Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS).
About the role:
- Manage, monitor, and deliver key projects, project priorities or project initiatives ensuring transparency of progress, regular status reporting and early advice to the Director - Project Management Office of any expected deviations from the plan and recommended corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of divisional projects, initiatives, and other information to provide high level visibility for the Director - Project Management Office.
- Ensure that projects are managed in accordance with best practice guidelines and CQHHS's project management approach and methodologies, to facilitate consistent and quality deliverables by developing business cases, work programs/project plans, budgets, supporting estimates, records, and registers.
- Initiate, develop, influence, and maintain effective working relationships between key internal and external stakeholders to gain support and understanding of project benefits.

Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $144,003 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $59.42 - $63.65 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
