The Opportunity 
This position will provide support and assistance in the management of recruitment and selection processes including processing of requests to fill, development of advertisements in line with corporate advertising procedures, and processing of candidate correspondence including job offer letters.

Employment Term

Fixed term temporary full-time / 12 months with possibility of extension up to 24 months. 

Generous remuneration package (based on full-time equivalent value)  up to $91,164 p.a.comprising:

  • Salary rates between $2864.10 - $3185.10 p.f. (AO3) 
  • 17.5% annual leave loading + leave
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • Other employment benefits may include: salary sacrificing options ( https://www.health.qld.gov.au/employment/conditions/salary/sacrifice ), locality allowances, employee wellness and assistance programs and access to corporate discounts

Role requirements

  • Highly Desirable: Previous end to end recruitment experience (including the advertising component), knowledge in talent acquisition and highly developed administration experience. 

The successful candidate will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:

  • Knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of legislation, policies and guidelines relating to the recruitment and selection process within a large, complex organisation.
  • Proven ability in time management skills to prioritise and coordinate activities in a demanding team environment of high volumes to meet established deadlines and provide high quality, efficient and customer focussed service.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer systems and software applications, i.e. Microsoft Office and HR system programs.
  • Proven ability in front line customer services, delivering high levels of support through consultative, interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills to all levels of employees and management, and respect relevant stakeholders' confidentiality.
  • Proven strong work ethics, initiative and a positive attitude in producing quality work.
