About us:

The Nursing and Midwifery Education and Research Unit provides Nursing and Midwifery education, professional practice development services and Clinical Practice Improvement initiatives for nursing and midwifery staff, to facilitate the achievement of best practice health service delivery requirements.

About the role:

The Clinical Facilitator actively engages in the development of a learning culture, through face-to-face interaction and teaching of graduate nurses, whilst liaising with the clinical unit and respective teams.

The Clinical Facilitator models' evidence-based practice at a proficient level.

About you:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate.
  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is a mandatory qualification for this position.
  • Successful completion of the preceptor program.

What we offer:

Salary information:

Total remuneration value of up to $111,073 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $54.44 - $58.30 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
