The Location:
Situated on the edge of a harbour bigger than Sydney's, this is a beautiful, fascinating tropical city, a melting pot of people and cultures that prides itself on its unique and friendly laid-back lifestyle. It is the home of NT commerce and business and with its world-class natural and cultural attractions it is also a thriving hub of activity in terms of tourism, nightlife and retail.

The Facility:
This is a Tertiary and level 3 Teaching Hospital with just under 400 beds and around 1,700 staff. The hospital services a population of 200,000 in a catchment area including urban communities, regional hospitals and remote Aboriginal communities. The hospital is affiliated with Flinders University with an onsite Medical School and is ACEM accredited as a major referral centre for two years of advanced emergency training.

The Role:
This is a part time position for 12 months.
To provide high quality Infectious Diseases and General Medicine specialist care through participation in: inpatients, outpatients and Hospital in the Home clinical services.

The Requirements:
It is essential that you either hold the FRACP or have an equivalent qualification recognised by the RACP as substantially comparable.
