Our focus is to provide solutions and services that support Queensland Health's Enterprise Corporate Applications and supporting payroll transactional processes.  This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and SAP payroll solution in the public sector and the SAP S/4HANA finance, business and logistics solution and management environment (S/4HANA solution).

  • provide a statewide processing service to Hospital and Health Services and the Department of Health
  • deliver and enhance workforce management, payroll and S/4HANA solutions

  • continually review and improve services to meet customer needs.

Your Role 

Your role will contribute to the delivery of service management and improvement of Corporate Enterprise Solutions services by providing assistance with critical service continuity planning, secretariat related activities and effective client focussed administrative services.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Advanced level skills in the use of office automation applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Project) and document management systems.
  • High level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service, quality improvement and teamwork.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritise work commitments to achieve quality outcomes within defined deadlines.
  • Applied understanding of system support, risk and service continuity management concepts and associated governance.
