What will you do?As the Finance Manager, you will oversee and drive financial analysis processes for HealthTrust sourcing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client purchase history, vendor proposals, market share data, trending, freight costs, fully loaded supply and equipment costs, and other financial metrics. Leading a team of financial analysts, you will develop robust costing models, participate in strategic supplier meetings, and ensure the financial integrity of sourcing strategies. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategies and operational efficiencies. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.Develop and implement methodologies for financial analysis in contract initiatives.Create comprehensive costing models and support sourcing contract personnel in strategy development.Participate in strategic supplier meetings and contribute to sourcing strategy sessions.Ensure adherence to financial components within sourcing processes to mitigate risks and maximize value.Effectively communicate analysis outcomes to finance and contract management.Prepare executive-level presentations and financial memos summarizing project valuations.Review and refine financial analysis policies and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Provide robust financial resource support to contracting personnel.Generate complex ad hoc financial and statistical reports for HealthTrust leadership.Conduct and review intricate financial analyses to support decision-making processes.Recruit, train, and cultivate talent within the financial team.Assist in rebate and administrative fee projections, collections, and reporting as required.Collaborate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Provide constructive feedback to analysts for performance enhancement. What will you need? Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of finance professionals.Strong analytical aptitude with a meticulous attention to detail and strategic thinking capability.Advanced/Expert proficiency in MS Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, SQL or Teradata, and Alteryx preferred).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with executives.Outstanding organizational abilities and a proactive, innovative mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or business.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within finance.Prior experience in a healthcare or supply chain environment preferred. Additional Information Strong technical Excel skills are a must.Background in financial analysis is required.Direct reports: 5Strong leadership skills are essential.
