About you: 

You are an administration professional with demonstrated ability to effectively manage and provide high level business support functions within the operation of a Business Team and Executive support environment and high-level communication and interpersonal skills in a multi-disciplinary environment, demonstrated through liaison with a wide range of clientele. You have experience using a wide range of computer programs and applications and information management systems including Microsoft Excel, DSS. MyHR and S/4HANA Vendor Invoice Management and Procurement processes (Purchase Requisitions/Orders) and can coordinate multiple tasks and work autonomously and as a team member to prioritise work, meet deadlines, analyse, and resolve issues, proactively identify, and achieve effective outcomes whist remaining flexible in a high profile rapidly changing health care environment.

Your opportunity: 

The successful candidate will provide support to Business Team by providing high level, efficient, and professional business, and administrative support.

Your role: 

  • Provide high level/quality, proficient and confidential administrative/executive support to the Business Team, in a mature and professional manner which ensures the integrity and efficiency of the Office.
  • Acquire and maintain a broad understanding of the political and social environment and maintain current knowledge of issues relating to the business area and matters affecting the management of the Hospital and Health Service.
  • Undertake research, prepare, collate, and format high-quality written correspondence. This may include correspondence such as letters, memorandums, emails, briefing notes, business cases, power point presentations and financial reports utilising appropriate corporate templates and within the necessary time frame.
  • Provide efficient secretariat and logistical support to committees, working groups and events/functions This may include the coordination of meetings, preparation of agendas, minute taking, record keeping and organising catering.
  • Coordinate and assist (including compliance, quality control and completion of) documents pertaining to human resources, payroll, travel, contracts, procurement, finance, and recruitment processes on behalf of the Business Team.
