Speech Language Pathologist Twin Falls, Idaho Full-Time Relocation Assistance Available We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Acute Care team. Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) are health care professionals who evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication and/or swallowing disorders or impairments in individuals or all ages, from infants to the elderly. Speech Language Pathologist Therapist performs all duties including technical skills in screening, evaluation, assessment, program planning, intervention, and preventative care, at the full performance level. Responsibilities: Perform initial and ongoing comprehensive evaluation including, but not limited to, collecting subjective and objective data, analysis of data, and creation of treatment planAdministers interventions consistent with a treatment plan based on evidence-based best practice, provider protocol, and governing standardsFollows policies and procedures in accordance with all regulatory agency requirementsDocument care based on standards of practice, patient acuity and/or clinical prioritiesMaintain professional relationships and convey relevant information to other members of the healthcare team within the facility and any applicable referral agencies Must Haves: Valid license or provisional permit to practice speech therapy in the state of IdahoCurrent CPR/first responder certification
