About the role

• Operate as a member of a multidisciplinary mental health team with a focus on acute assessment, formulation, treatment planning and brief intervention within a therapeutic recovery and trauma informed framework.
• Provide clinical support and professional supervision to less experienced Psychologists to ensure the maintenance of professional clinical standards within the service.
• This role provides both assertive community outreach as well as hospital-based in-reach and therefore effective stakeholder engagement is central to the position.
