What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager in the Intensive Care Unit, you will motivate, lead and manage the team to achieve the best care to critically unwell patients and support to the family. Our Intensive care unit located at Frankston Hospital is committed to high quality patient centered care.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Post Graduate qualification in Critical Care or Intensive Care
• Experience in a leadership or management role
• Clearly and confidently communicates with key contacts and welcomes constructive feedback.
• Polite and considerate in dealing with others

(Single Interest Employer) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
