Streaky Bay and District Medical Clinic provides primary health care in keeping with best practice standards. The Clinic is a community owned and operated practice that provides general practitioner services to Streaky Bay and surrounding townships, and medical support to the hospital.

The practice offers variety in patient profile and clinical scope and is supported by experienced staff including a practice manager, administration staff, practice nurse, and visiting specialists and allied health services.

The hospital is supported by SAVES (South Australian Virtual Emergency Service) for after-hours accident and emergency presentations.

Hours:

  • Practice: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Hospitals: rostered inpatient and emergency care, including afterhours
Qualifications considered / Experience
  • MBBS or equivalent
  • Recent emergency experience, or prepared to upskill
  • Ability to gain credentials as a General Practitioner - GP Emergency Medicine

Desirable:

  • Vocational Registration
