Every day and in many ways, we help people to achieve their goals. This is as true for our NDIS participants as it is for our employees! We prepare our people for the next step in their careers through career mapping, peer coaching and comprehensive leadership training. We celebrated 60+ internal promotions last year alone!
Here’s what our people are saying about our Leadership Program!
“For myself personally and professionally, I can see an incredible amount of benefit from what I’ve learned over the course of this week. The attention to detail, the diverse strategies, and way that the information was presented was so refreshing and has been a catalyst for the enthusiasm I feel about this company. “
“This has been the best course that I have attended in a very long time and have learnt so much! I look forward to being able to implement some of these strategies with my team”
“It was a brilliant two days and I know myself and my TLs got a lot out of it. Looking forward to seeing the growth in our leaders over the next 12 months”
