Shift: Days/ 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs per weeks, M-F, With Call Rotation

Requirements:

• OH License
• 1-2 years previous Home Health and Hospice experience
• BLS

Fulltime, Mon-Friday with a call rotation.
Standard 13 week contract to start
Previous Home Health and Hospice experience required (1-2 years)
Mileage as per standard
No certs required

Others:
