What’s on offer?

We are seeking a passionate Safety Advisor who is a team player to join our Infrastructure Services Team based in Campbelltown.Your background in civil infrastructure projects will assist us delivering this project.You will need to have the ability to work across northern and regional NSW in this role as there is a component of travel involved.We will look to you to also:

  • Develop and implement safety and quality related plans and procedures i.e. SWMS, QMPs etc;
  • Conduct safety and quality assessments audits;
  • Drive and champion a culture that is focused on the pillars of safety, environment & quality;
  • Report incidents, non-conformances and near misses and coordinate/participate in investigations as required;
  • Use safety systems to meet reporting requirements (monthly reports, objectives & targets).

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar role in a construction industry environment working on major civil infrastructure projects. You will have a qualification in Health and Safety with a strong commitment to a Living Safely culture which is our top priority at Fulton Hogan. Additional to this you will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills. You will also have experience in using HSEQ systems development, implementation and management with a knowledge of AS/NZS ISO 14001, AS/NZS ISO 9001 and AS/NZS 4801.
