As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the provision of all aspects of care in the long-term care facility or the home, as well as the training and leadership of Licensed Practical Nurses and CCAs. Responsibilities:
Long-term Care

• Practice safe, compassionate, competent, and ethical care throughout the continuum of health and wellness of the residents.
• Administer direct nursing care and plan Resident care in consultation from the multidisciplinary care team.
• Administering and recording prescribed medication

Home Care

• Diabetes management
• Dialysis
• IV medications
• Palliative care
• Wound care

Core Requirements:

• Current Licensed (or eligible for license) with the Nova Scotia College of Nurses
