Woodrow Mercer Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Urgent Care Clinical Lead to support a UTC in London on a permanent basis.

Job Overview:

- Responsible for the coordination and day-to-day running of the UTC.

- Accountable for the management of resources within the UTC operations.

- Be directly responsible for the line management and appraisals.

- Identify pressures and take the appropriate actions to promote patient flow.

The right candidate must be a registered Nurse with current NMC registration, a qualified ENP (Masters) with minimum 2-year experience of Primary, Urgent or Emergency Care within the last 5 years and minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role within the last 3 years.
